生产技术
本公司有较强的产品开发能力，技术中心的技术人员大部分具有多年从事燃油分配器制造技术的经历。
目前已完成了帕萨特B5、桑塔纳2VQS、2VGS三种车型燃油分配器的产品开发工作，并形成了批量生产能力。
其中用于钎焊的设备是从日本国关东冶金工业株式会社引进的具有世界先进水平的氢气保护连续式钎焊炉。用于产品装配的设备是本公司与上海机电一体工程有限公司共同开发研制的
"燃油分配器机器人化柔性自动生产线"。该生产线上所用的机器人是从日本引进的。
该生产线已被评为上海市经委高新技术项目和上汽科技发展奖，并已报国家"863"高技术奖。
公司拥有完整的燃油分配器生产、试验、检测设备。其中用于钎焊的设备是从日本国关东冶金工业株式会社引进的具有世界先进水平的氢气保护连续式钎焊炉。
另外，为确保焊前零件的清洁度，公司定制了一台专门用于零件清洗的超声波自动清洗机。
生产能力
本公司创建之初就以适合大批量生产为目标，目前以机器人柔性自动化生产线和国内外最先进的氢气钎焊炉为主的一系列生产设备，已达到年生产燃油分配管40万套，超越国内同行业厂家。
Most of our technical employees have rich experiences in manufacturing
fuel rail, so the company is good at developing new products.
Now we have already developed fuel rail three types for Pasat B5,
Santana 2VQS and Santana 2VGS. Also, we have formed a batch production
ability.
The equipment used for product assemble is developed both by Shanghai
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Co, Ltd , as robot flexible
auto line for fuel rail. This line is already selected as new technique
item of Shanghai Economic Committee and Shanghai Auto Technology
Development Prize as well as application for National High Technology
Prize has handed in. the robot used in this product-line is from
Japan.
The production line has already been evaluated as the high and
updated technique of Economic committee of Shanghai , and gain the
prize of scientific developing by SAAC. And also applied the high
technique prize of national"863".projection.
The company owns a set of complete equipments for fuel rail producing,
testing, and examination. Within it the jointing equipment is from
Japanese, which used hydrogen-protect continuous jointing furnace
has world advanced level.
In addition, In order to guarantee the decontamination of parts.
We have placed an ultrasonic automatic cleaning equipment used for
cleaning the pants.
Producing capacity
At the beginning of establishing the company, we regard have a
batch production of our target. Currently, a series of the advanced
equipments such as hydrogen jointing furnace and robot flexible
auto line for fuel rail, have reached 40,000set every year, exceeding
other domestic manufacture in the same field.
