Our company has a set of complete quantity-guarantee- system. In order to face the opportunity and challengers after China's entry into WTO, the company set up and began to run the quantity system by ISO/TS16949 to control the whole process of company's quality management.

After jointing, we adopt automatic leaking- inspection equipment to check it out, the main testing apparatus LS-1862 is the new product in 2001 of Japan COSMO Enterprises. Meanwhile, it is the first one imported to China. Regarding the size measurement we use LH564 coordinates measure apparatus made in Germany WENZEL Company and advanced air-driving measuring instrument.

Lab ability

In order to meet the need of batch production, the company equip the lab-used accurate tri-coordinates measure apparatus which can program and air-gage which fits for batch production and specialized in measure inner-diameter size. At the same time, in order to be sure the safety of products, we make pressurization by leaking-inspection equipment for each product before put into market.

Quality management

Our company set about editing related quality catalogue and process files based on the QS9000 and VDA6.1 quality system at its very beginning. Now the company can supply the batch production, and set up the new management method by the rule of ISO/TS16949 in auto field. We are to get the passport for leading to international auto accessory market by having the attestation in April of this year by RWTUV , the third partner.
